Our 30 Day Return Policy

When you purchase a Stopain product from the DRJ Group, Inc. you have 30 days from the day you receive it to use and evaluate it. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, then simply ship it back to us.

BEFORE YOU SHIP PRODUCT(S) BACK, make sure to email us at returns@stopain.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you must display on the outside of the package. You will need to return the item in the same packaging it was delivered in along with the return label that was inside the package. You will also need to include a copy of the original Sales Receipt or Invoice, your phone number, reason for return and RMA number.

For our protection, we respectfully reserve the right to refuse and return to sender any packages that do not display the RMA number. The returned item(s) must be postmarked by the final day of your 30-day risk-free guarantee period and must have the RMA number clearly written on the outside of the box.

Please return units only to the return address we provide you, NOT the address listed on the box. All returns must be sent via UPS or FedEx Ground.

We cannot issue refunds on returned merchandise if the conditions of our Return Policy are not fully met. To make arrangements to return a product, contact us at returns@stopain.com.
